Lisa Joined our National Charity League Chapter meeting last Fall (2022) as a Guest Speaker and Wellness Expert. She was very well received by our 40+ attendees, and was engaging and professional throughout the entire presentation. The content which involved breathing techniques and stress relieving stretches was relevant and perfectly tailored to our group. I will be bringing Lisa back for future sessions with our Chapter, and I am looking at including her at upcoming personal and professional functions as well.

I booked Lisa for Forth & Nomad. She was gracious as she met with all the attendees before the class. She started by asking if anyone had any known injuries and offered assistance as needed. During her class, she created a safe space for each person. She ended the class with sound bowls allowing the vibration to carry during shavasana. She did an amazing job during this event! I reached out to Lisa, to ask if she could lead a yoga session with my bridesmaids. She immediately said “Yes” I was so excited for my bridesmaids to experience all that Lisa has to offer. I must say it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. She planned and took the initiative, to find an empty Cabana for our yoga session. From there she just let the vibes and good energy flow. Each movement was very intentional and thought out to cater to us. Lisa guided us through a series of yoga poses, and breathing exercises accommodating all skill levels within the group. She had the perfect balance between challenging us and ensuring we felt comfortable and supported throughout our session. Along with the calmness of the beach waves the entire experience left us feeling rejuvenated, centered and closer as a group. I highly recommend Lisa for anyone looking to create a unique and unforgettable yoga experience. You won’t be disappointed!
